Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Steps to Initiate a Return:

  • Await instructions on the return shipping address.
  • Ship the item back to us following the provided instructions.

  • Non Arrival of Product: If your product is past the expected delivery date and you haven't received any notification from us, contact us immediately. We will investigate and refund your entire amount if necessary.
